Complete Onboarding

Summary

If your workspace opens with Getting Started, use it as a short first-session checklist. It helps you review the defaults already in your beta workspace, confirm legal setup, inspect starter coaching content, and move into your first live workflow.

Prerequisites

  • You can sign in to CallCues.
  • Your workspace has been provisioned.
  • Your team knows who owns any required consent, recording, or transcription decisions.

Open the onboarding checklist

Look for Getting Started with the message Set up your beta workspace with the defaults we created for you.

The page can also explain: Your tenant already includes starter coaches and policies. Use this checklist to review consent handling, open the quick-start guide, and move into your first live workflow.

Use Open Quick Start if you want to review the broader first-run guide before finishing onboarding.

Complete the checklist

Select 1. Review legal setup, then choose Review Terms of Service.

Use this step to confirm your team understands how CallCues fits your recording, transcription, and consent process before anyone starts live calling.

2. Inspect your starter coaches

Select 2. Inspect your starter coaches, then choose Open Coaches.

Some workspaces include starter coaches and policies so you can test with existing guidance instead of building everything from scratch.

3. Prepare your first call workflow

Select 3. Prepare your first call workflow, then choose Read Quick Start.

Use this step to decide how your first real workflow will run, including which coach, agenda, or knowledge base you want to use first.

Finish onboarding

Choose Finish Onboarding after you have reviewed the checklist items.

If the update succeeds, you should see Onboarding complete followed by Your workspace is ready. Opening the dashboard.

If the page shows Unable to complete onboarding and Please try again., retry once. If the same message appears again, refresh the app and try again later.

Expected outcome

You should understand the starter content already available in your workspace and be ready to continue from the dashboard into your first guided call workflow.
