Manage Coaches in the Coach Workspace

Summary

Coaches organize live guidance in CallCues. Use the Coach library to browse what already exists, create a new coach, and open a coach workspace where policies can be reviewed and managed.

Prerequisites

  • You have access to the Coaches workspace.

Browse the Coach library

The main coaches page can include controls such as:

  • Browse
  • New coach
  • All scopes
  • Tenant
  • Team
  • User
  • Open coach
  • Edit
  • Delete

Use scope filters to narrow the library when your workspace contains coaches at multiple levels.

Create a coach

Use New coach or Create New Coach to add a coach. Typical fields include:

  • Name
  • Persona

Depending on your workspace, the coach may also live at a Tenant, Team, or User scope.

Open and manage a coach

Use Open coach to move into the Coach workspace. There you can review:

  • the Selected coach
  • Policies
  • Policy management
  • counts such as Total, Enabled, and Disabled

From the same workspace you can use Edit coach, Delete coach, or Back to coaches.

Keep the library tidy

Review the library regularly so each coach has a clear purpose. If a coach is no longer useful, remove it instead of leaving overlapping guidance active.

If your workspace has no coaching content yet, you may see No coaches yet. Filtered views can also show No coaches match this view.

Expected outcome

You should have a clean coach library with clearly named coaches that are ready for policy authoring and live-call use.

Troubleshooting

  • If the library is empty, create the first coach from New coach.
  • If a coach exists but has no guidance yet, add policies from the coach workspace.
