Review a Conversation in Call Details

Summary

Use Call Details when you want the full review experience for one conversation. This is where you move from a list-level view into transcript, recording, post-call insights, and processing-dependent review sections.

Prerequisites

  • Your workspace includes call review.
  • The conversation is available in the Call Log or another review entry point.

Open the conversation

From Call Log, use Open to move into Call Details. The page can also show Back to Call Log or Return to Call Log so you can get back to the list quickly.

If the page cannot load the conversation, you may see Unable to Load Call.

Review the overview section

The top of the page can include call facts such as:

  • Date & Time
  • Duration
  • Numbers
  • Your Number
  • Contact
  • Participant
  • Direction
  • Outcome
  • Coach
  • Sentiment

Use this section to confirm you opened the right conversation before you move into deeper review.

Check processing and review-state messages

Some sections depend on post-call processing. While CallCues prepares those sections, you may see messages such as:

  • Loading review structure
  • No post-call tracking data yet

These states usually mean the call record is present, but some review content is still being prepared.

Review conversation analysis

The Conversation Analysis area can include metrics such as:

  • Talk Share
  • Interruptions
  • Speaking Pace
  • Filler Words
  • Emotion Score
  • Longest Monologue

Use these metrics when you want a quick read on balance, pacing, and delivery patterns.

Review post-call insights

The Post-Call Insights area can include:

  • Summary
  • Key Topics
  • Meeting Notes
  • Action Items

Use these sections for follow-up, handoff notes, or a fast recap before the next conversation.

Review recording and transcript

When available, use:

  • Call Recording
  • Recording Transcript

The recording helps with playback and tone review. The transcript helps you confirm wording, topics, and follow-up details.

Review script and agenda tracking

If your workspace uses structured post-call review, Call Details can also show sections such as:

  • Post-call script tracking review
  • Agenda review
  • Current phase
  • Phase progression
  • Next recommended actions
  • Blockers and misses
  • Likely missed checkpoints
  • Objection guidance followed

Use these sections to understand where the conversation followed the intended flow and where it drifted.

Expected outcome

You should be able to confirm what happened in the conversation, what needs follow-up, and whether any parts of the review are still processing.

Troubleshooting

  • If Call Details opens without all sections, some post-call content may still be processing.
  • If transcript or recording content is missing, that call may not have all review artifacts available yet.
  • If the page shows Unable to Load Call, return to Call Log and reopen the conversation.
